Online applications are invited from intending eligible Indian citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the 65 Grade-IV government sanctioned posts, under the establishment of the Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam as shown below, and will be available at the official website of Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam.

Pay: Pay Band-2 Rs. 12000- 37500, GP-3900
Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 44 years as on 01/01/2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H) Candidates only.
Educational Qualification: Class-VIII pass certificate from the Head Master of an educational institution in Assam.
Last Date: 16/11/2018
Reservation: Reservation of posts for Women candidates and Physically Handicapped
candidates will be as per prevailing Government Rules.
How to apply: Interested candidates shall have to register and fill up the online Application Form available at the official website of Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam.
Online Portal for applying online will be available from 02/11/2018 onwards and shall close at 24:00 hrs on 16/11/2018. Applicant may take a print of the final submission of Application form even after the closing date till the date of the examination.
