Method of recruitment : Contract basis
Age Limit : Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on 11.12.2018.
Period of Contract : The period of engagement may be for a period of upto two years in the first instance, which may be further extended by one more year, based on the requirements of the NHAI and the satisfactory performance of the incumbent. In case a person leaves before completion of one year, he/she will not get any work certificate.
Remuneration (per month) : An initial consolidated amount of Rs. 60,000 per month, inclusive of all allowances. The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance.
Education qualification : Degree in Commerce/Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI/ICWAI/MBA(Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience : Experience in Financial Accounting/Budgeting/Internal /Audit/Contract Management/Fund Management/Disbursement in Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies preferred.
The candidates are advised to go through the terms and conditions of engagements of the YPs issued vide NHAI’s Policy Guidelines No.1.3.1.12.2017 dated 21.06.2017 and No. 1.3.1.17 dated 26th June, 2018 placed on NHAI’s website i.e www.nhai.gov.in before applying for the post.

* The Applicants are advised to fill the online application form carefully in accordance with the eligibility criteria mentioned above. It may be noted that any subsequent clarification regarding eligibility etc. at a later date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

*The upper age limit for advertised post is relaxable as per Govt. of India rules applicable for different categories.
